We develop, from the first stage of the design of the workspace, the project for the furniture which better adapts to the needs of the occupation and the costs model of the client. We collaborate with the best furniture brands and we manage the process for the purchase, assembly, transport and repurchase of old furniture. Additionally we lead the development of “second life” furniture projects reusing the existing furniture, renewing elements and giving them a modern image and functionality. We include ergonomic and sustainability studies for the sake of higher productivity and user satisfaction in the workplace.
Our projects are conceived following sustainability, accessibility and ergonomic parameters. We revise assets and issue reports for the achievement of sustainable certificates increasing the value of the asset. We design new models of facility management involving savings and better efficiency. We collaborate with certifiers in order to develop private reference frames granting assets efficient management certifications.
After more than 18 years of experience in refurbishments of head offices we are aware that any change can be a success if it is based on the grounds of communication, management, motivation and leadership.
The change of head offices and of new occupancy models according to the new working methodologies (work stations which are not assigned, open spaces, absence of offices, rooms for casual meetings…) involve a process of change which has to be managed in order to train workers in the use of the new model.
In plug&go we design the change management strategy adapted to the moment of the organization and to guarantee the success of the refurbishment and subsequent stages.
The change of the head office normally entails a change of logo, colours or branding. This new corporate image can be observed in a new design not only of the inside but also of the corporate identity. In plug & go we design the new identity manual and we apply it to the new workspace and to the corporate activity with its clients and brand positioning abroad. We visualize the brand not only outside but also inside.
We know that a change in working methodologies implies being able to motivate and lead the human team in the new model. Changing offices is not only managing the refurbishment but rather informing and training in a new way to use the space.
