Plug&go has carried out the renovation of the Lull 331 asset in Barcelona’s 22@ district. This building that was originally the headquarters of a single tenant: Lecta (TorrasPapel), is now a corporate building that houses several tenants.<\/p>

With this multi-tenant vision, a design project has been developed connecting with the origin of 22@, a place where Barcelona’s workshops were located during the industrial revolution and today, in the technological revolution, is the preferred space for digital companies and those that are committed to innovation.<\/p>

Plug&go has incorporated renovated industrial materials, such as terrazzo, Catalan voltas, wood, concrete and industrial ceiling. Giving a modern look that winks at Catalan architecture and the essence of 22@.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Reception area, waiting area, lobbies, bathrooms, stairs, but also a new amenity area has been designed: meeting rooms, wellness rooms, lactation area, changing rooms, showers and canteen, which give value to all the users of the building.<\/p>

In this new Amenities area, plug&go has opted for Gaud\u00ed’s colours as a tribute to this great architect who inspires us so much.<\/p>

The result, a renovated asset that rescues Catalan traditions and culture but incorporates innovation to house the companies of the future.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
