Quality and Environmental Policy

PLUG&GO understands that the implementation of a Quality and Environmental Management System in accordance with UNE-EN-ISO 9001 and UNE-EN-ISO 14001 standards is a fundamental step towards meeting its customers’ expectations, as a basic objective that must be pursued in order to maintain and improve its competitiveness, taking into account and integrating, for this purpose, a culture of respect for and protection of the environment.

Meeting customer expectations means that PLUG&GO is able to offer products and services with outstanding technical and quality characteristics, in compliance with safety requirements and environmental commitments, while also considering the continuous improvement of such products and services, with the aim of ensuring maximum profitability of its services.

For the development of these activities, PLUG&GO shall apply, whenever and wherever possible, the principles of pollution prevention and environmental protection, especially in those activities that have an impact on soil and water pollution, particularly with regard to the treatment of the waste generated. Furthermore, PLUG&GO shall ensure compliance with applicable legislation and has as an objective the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of its Quality and Environmental Management System through its successive reviews.

Motivation, education, and training shall be the fundamental tools to improve the capabilities and environmental behavior of employees, as well as of anyone who works or may work on behalf of PLUG&GO, raising their awareness of quality and environmental matters. These elements also constitute the ideal means to create a climate of cooperation and effective communication among all PLUG&GO departments and its suppliers. The Management of PLUG&GO assumes the commitment, responsibilities, and objectives arising from this Quality and Environmental Policy through the adoption of the instruments and tools specified in the Quality and Environmental Management System.

This Quality and Environmental Policy serves as a framework for the establishment of our objectives and shall be made available to the public as well as to subcontracted companies.
