Plug&go has carried out the D&B services for the new offices for the Real Estate companies: Alerce and Wildsur, on the 10th floor of Paseo de la Castellana 36-38 owned by Mutua Madrileña.
Alerce is a company specialized in the development of retail parks, which offers growth alternatives to major supermarkets and retail chains in Spain and Portugal.
Wildsur is a Spanish real estate investment and development platform open to position itself in the main areas of the real estate sector.
The companies, which integrate brands in the same DNA, have embraced a new space that simulates more the meeting than the traditional work, in one of the prime areas of the capital.
The office has been designed as a neutral space where the absence of color is able to mark a careful, elegant interior design that inspires confidence and solidity. Never before has white been such a powerful claim in corporate identity as in this plug&go project for Alerce and Wilsur.
The noble materials and textures in different shades of white evoke well-being such as white wood, linen and biophilia that run throughout the space and connect it from the welcome area and rooms to the rest of the operational space.
The uniqueness of the project integrates a central pillar:
That has been coated with mirror to make it disappear and enhance the feeling of space without limits, spacious and bright.
In terms of uses, this new corporate headquarters contains more than 70% of the space for meetings and collaboration with customers, partners and staff.
The other space tools make it possible to compose a catalog of possibilities that allow the 4Cs: collaborate, be confidential, contemplate or disconnect and communicate. Thus, soft seating, phone booths and individual work spaces, among others, coexist.
