New ways of working, new corporate branding and the circle as the guiding thread of the story telling of this publishing giant.
OUP is an international, multidisciplinary company with a solid experience that complete its DNA, but also this is an innovative company that incorporates and leads the new paradigms, not only of business, increasingly digital, but also of hybrid and interconnected ways of working.
One of the most representative aspects of its DNA is the connection of past-present and future that allows the company do not forget its essence, be in the present moment, taking advantage of opportunities and maintaining its leadership, thinking about the future, innovating and responding to change.
The coexistence of past, present and future allows them to have solid roots and at the same time be flexible. The better way to represent this brand’s purpose is the figure of the circle.

The circle contains the essence of the brand and values and for plug&go it evokes the starting point of the design to add: colour therapy, circadian cycles, noise control, biophilia, natural materials, lighting, comfort… In the end, materials and textures that complete the group’s vision of wellbeing.
The occupancy model is also being transformed because uses and behaviours are changing as we work in a mixed model: home-office-other international headquarters. The clusters are aligned by the need for differents spaces defined by functions and not by hierarchies.
